Users can save and organize leads, assess opportunities, and export results for follow-up. A business marked as having no website is a potential lead, not a confirmed customer; website detection can miss a business's existing site.

The AI website builder can start from a business listing and use its details to create a website with layout, copy, and imagery. Users can request edits in plain language, preview the result, and use version history. Build duration and results vary with the project. SiteSeeker also provides AI website prompts for external builders and outreach tools such as cold-call scripts.

Users can host generated websites or upload a build made elsewhere. Hosting supports ZIP uploads and GitHub deployment, SiteSeeker subdomains, custom domains, automatic SSL, and deployment history. Users can share trackable client previews, set a website sale price, collect payments through the platform, and offer recurring maintenance. Finding a lead or creating a site does not guarantee a sale or income.

Pro (Professional), Max, and custom Agency plans serve different workloads. Monthly, quarterly, and annual billing options are available.
