How this is calculated
One-time: 12 months × 3 sites × $900 = $32,400.

First-year total: one-time sales plus the maintenance collected during year one. A site sold in month 12 collects no maintenance that year, so the year holds 198 maintenance payments, not 396.

No. SiteSeeker has an AI website builder built in. Press Generate website on any lead and it reads that business's listing (industry, city, hours, phone, rating, reviews), then writes the whole site: ten-plus sections, its own design system, its own copy, its own photography, desktop and mobile. You review it and publish.
