Send a live website,not a pitch deck.

Build the site before the sale, send the prospect a link to it, see whether they opened it and clicked, and let them buy it from the page with an optional monthly maintenance plan.

End to end

From your build to their checkout, on one link.

You do the first three steps. The prospect does the last two, on their own time.

  1. You

    Build the site

Upload a ZIP or connect a GitHub repo, and it goes live on a siteseeker.app address with SSL and the bar. A site from the AI website builder publishes without the bar, so you send its purchase link instead.

  2. You

    Set the offer

Link the site to a project and list it: a one-time price, an optional monthly maintenance fee, a title, a description and up to six included items.

  3. You

    Send the link

Paste the address into an email or a text. The prospect needs no account to open it.

  4. Prospect

    They look around

They browse the real site on their own phone. On a ZIP or GitHub deploy your bar is pinned to the edge, and views and clicks land on the project.

  5. Prospect

    They buy it

The button opens your offer beside the live site. They sign in or create an account, pay through Stripe checkout, and the site transfers to their account.

The conversion bar and its tracking are added to static sites deployed to SiteSeeker hosting from a ZIP upload or a GitHub repository. The purchase link works for any site you list.

Tracking

Know they opened it before you call.

Every project keeps a running count of what happened on its link, so you follow up while the offer is still fresh.

Illustrative project and figures.
View
The first page load in a browser session. A refresh does not add another.
CTA click
A press on the bar’s main button, the one that opens your offer.
Contact click
A press on the bar’s Contact button, which opens your email or your URL.

A view says the link was opened, not that they agreed to buy. Time the follow-up call with it, and if you want the words for that call, draft them with AI call scripts.

Conversion bar

Your message, pinned to their new website.

Write the bar once in the project. It carries your studio name, your button and, if you want, your price.

What renders on the site

  • The price comes from your listingIt shows on the button only while the listing is active, with the maintenance fee beside it.
  • Contact comes to youThe Contact button opens an email to you with the subject filled in, or a URL you choose.
  • It leaves at handoffOnce the site transfers to its new owner, the bar and its tracking switch off.

Illustrative settings. The bar is written into every HTML page of a static site deployed to SiteSeeker hosting from a ZIP upload or a GitHub repository.

What the prospect sees

One page to look, decide and pay.

The bar’s button opens a purchase page built around the live site. No attachment to download and no invoice to chase.

Illustrative prices. The fee line appears when you pass the 2% platform fee to the buyer.
  • The site, liveFramed on the page, with an Open button for a full tab.
  • Your offerYour title, description and up to six included items, plus the maintenance plan they can tick.
  • HostingThey pick a hosting plan at checkout or decide later.
  • CheckoutAn account, then Stripe. The site is theirs as soon as payment completes.

What gets recorded

Counts, not profiles.

The bar reports three kinds of event, and SiteSeeker keeps a running total for each.

  • A count, not a visitor logEach event from the bar adds one to a number on the project. It is not stored as a log of visits.
  • No cookies from the barIt uses the browser’s session storage, only to avoid counting a refresh twice.
  • Only your link moves your numbersA count changes only when the event carries that project’s own random preview token.
  • Off after the saleOnce the site transfers, the bar is no longer served and new events are refused.
  • Gone when you delete itDeleting the project removes its preview link and its analytics. The hosted site itself stays.

What the prospect sees, what you see, and what happens when they pay.

It is the address of the real website you built for a prospect, live on a siteseeker.app address with SSL. They open it on a phone or a laptop like any other site, with no account. On a static site deployed to SiteSeeker hosting from a ZIP upload or a GitHub repository, a conversion bar sits on the edge of every page with your message and a button to buy the site.
