SiteSeeker provides a service to help users find local businesses that do not have websites. The accuracy of information provided is based on third-party data sources.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Some features of SiteSeeker are available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Accept that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Understand that refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SiteSeeker or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use SiteSeeker.
