New updates, improvements, and fixes to SiteSeeker
The AI Website Builder
Generate a full business website from a prompt or a saved lead, refine it by chatting, then publish it to hosting and pitch it.
Website Builder
New Feature
Introducing the AI Website Builder
SiteSeeker now builds the website for you. Describe the site you want in a sentence, or start from a lead you already saved, and the builder writes the copy, picks the layout, sources the images, and puts a working multi-page site in front of you in one run. From there you refine it by chatting — "make the hero darker", "swap that photo", "add a services section" — and the live preview updates after every change. No templates to fight, no page editor to learn.
Every saved lead now has a Generate website action. It carries the business name, category, city, phone, and address into the builder as a starting brief, so the first draft is already about that specific business instead of a generic placeholder. The lead's details are snapshotted at generation time, so editing the lead later never silently rewrites a site you already built. One lead can have as many site variants as you want — a premium version, a cheap version, a different angle to pitch.
New Feature
Chat Edits With Version History and Rollback
Every change you ask for is saved as its own version. The version panel lists them in order, and one click rolls the site back to any earlier point, so experimenting costs you nothing. The chat shows what the builder is actually doing while it works — the files it is writing, the plan it is following, and any web searches it runs to get a detail right — instead of a spinner.
New Feature
Choose Your Images, and Bring Your Own
Pick your image source before a build: stock photos, or AI-generated images when you want something stock cannot cover. AI images are opt-in and priced separately, so you never spend on them by accident. You can also drop your own images into the chat — paste from the clipboard or attach up to 10 at a time — and tell the builder where to use them. The builder can see them, so "use this logo in the header" works.
New Feature
Publish to Hosting, and Sync to GitHub
When a site is ready to pitch, publish it. Publishing puts it on a live hosting slot with a real URL you can send to the business, and later edits in the builder push through to the live site. If you would rather own the code, connect a GitHub repository and the site syncs there instead. Selling a site without a maintenance deal cleanly disconnects it — the live site keeps running on its last published state, and your builder copy drops back to an editable draft.
New Feature
Pitch Kit — Outreach Copy for the Site You Just Built
Every builder site has a Pitch Kit: a ready-to-send email and SMS built from that site's business name, niche, city, and live link, in your choice of three tones — Friendly, Direct, or Value-first. Copy either one and send it. Nothing is invented: details the site does not have are left out rather than filled with placeholder text, and the link slot tells you to publish first if the site is not live yet.
Pricing
Pricing
Builder Credits
The builder runs on its own Builder Credits balance, separate from search and recency credits. Your plan grants credits each month, and unspent credits roll over instead of resetting — a balance above your monthly grant is normal. Before any run, the builder shows what it will cost and holds that amount; you are never charged more than what was shown, and a run that fails is refunded. The balance chip sits in the builder toolbar with a breakdown on hover.
Saved Leads
Improvement
Better AI Website Plans
AI website plans look sharper and feel more distinct. Two businesses in the same niche won't generate the same template anymore. Each plan now reads like a real design brief with a specific mood, a custom font pairing, image direction, and a short list of things to avoid. The writing is longer, more conversational, and stays vendor-neutral so the output works on whatever builder you bring it to.
Hosting
Improvement
Server-Rendered Sites Now Supported
Server-rendered sites now work in hosting. Next.js, Remix, SvelteKit, and the Vite-SSR builds from AI builders like Lovable import and deploy without the errors that used to break them. The import flow figures out which kind of site you're uploading and handles it automatically.
Free Trial & Refreshed Dashboard
Pro is now free to try for 7 days, and the overview dashboard has been rebuilt around a lighter, calmer layout.

New Feature
Try Pro Free for 7 Days
Pro now comes with a 7-day free trial — every Pro feature unlocked the moment you start, with 20 search credits, 20 recency credits, 5 AI website plans, 5 cold call scripts, 2 projects, and 2 hosted sites to put it through its paces. We collect a card up front so the rollover is one click on day 8, but you won't be charged if you cancel during the trial, and cancel is one button in the dashboard. After the trial, Pro is $29/mo (or $290/year). Existing accounts that haven't trialed yet will see a Start trial CTA wherever an upgrade prompt used to live.
The overview dashboard has been rebuilt on a lighter, calmer layout. Usage now spans the full width of the page so search credits, recency credits, and feature limits are readable at a glance, with Quick Actions sitting beside it as a compact 2×2 panel for jumping into the most common tasks. The plan badge shows your actual tier, the greeting is named, and the sales pipeline rows hold their shape on mobile instead of wrapping. Trial users get a dedicated hero at the top of the page tracking days remaining and what's been used so far.
Multi-Search, Last Review Enrichment & Rebuilt Lead Score
Search several niches and locations in a single run, see how recently each business was reviewed, and prioritize with a brand-new quality score.
Lead Finder
New Feature
Last Review Date on Every Result
Toggle on "Last review" in the search toolbar and every lead carries the date of its most recent Google review — within 6 months it's highlighted green; 2+ years and it's flagged as likely inactive so you can skip it. Last Review runs on its own Recency Credits meter, separate from search credits: Pro plans include 100/month and Max include 200, with top-up packs at $2 for 100 or $8 for 500. Purchased credits never expire and only kick in once your monthly grant runs out.
New Feature
Search Multiple Niches & Locations in One Run
Pro and Max plans can now search up to 5 niches across up to 5 locations in a single run. Plumbing × Electricians × HVAC across Denver, Boulder, and Aurora used to be nine separate searches — now it's one click. Each combination runs as its own sub-search and the results are merged, deduped, and ranked together. The form shows a live credit cost as you build, so you always know what the run will cost before you click Find Leads.
Redesign
Rebuilt Lead Quality Score
The lead quality score has been rewritten from the ground up. Each result now gets a 0–100 score with a tier label (Excellent, High, Good, Fair, Low) factoring in rating quality, review evidence, recency, Google rank obscurity, proximity, claimed-listing status, and keyword relevance. Click the score on any card to see exactly how it was calculated — every signal, every point, no black box. With Last Review enabled, recency feeds the score directly so dead businesses sink to the bottom automatically.
Improvement
Live Cost Preview & Credit Confirmation
Before you search, the form pill shows exactly what the run will cost — search credits and (when Last Review is on) recency credits as separate lines, updated live as you add niches, locations, or toggle freshness. If you don't have enough recency credits to cover every eligible lead, the pill flags partial coverage so you know up front. After the search, the same pill morphs into a confirmation showing what was actually charged on each meter.
New Feature
Sort Results by Lead Quality
The results sort dropdown now includes a Lead Quality option that orders by the new score, so the highest-priority prospects sit at the top. With Last Review enabled, Lead Quality becomes the default sort — your most actionable leads surface first.
Saved Leads
Improvement
Lead Score & Last Review on the Lead Page
Saved leads now surface their lead score and last review date right in the overview, so you can prioritize follow-ups without re-running a search. Existing saved leads will pick up the new score the next time you open them.
Saved Leads
New Feature
New Cold Call Scripts
Cold call scripts have been completely rebuilt around a new guide-style format — clear openers, tailored talking points, objection responses, a suggested close, and tips for the best time to call. Each script is now tuned to the specific business you're calling, so reps spend less time adapting and more time on the phone. You can also regenerate a script if you want a fresh angle.
Improvement
More Reliable AI Generation
Behind-the-scenes improvements make AI generation significantly more reliable for both AI website plans and cold call scripts. The intermittent errors that some users were still seeing during generation are now fixed — generations complete on the first try.
Hosting
Improvement
Hosting Dashboard Pagination
The hosting dashboard now paginates through your full library of hosted websites. Previously only your 20 most recent sites were visible — you can now browse and manage every site you've hosted.

Bug Fix
AI Prompt Generator Bug Fix
Fixed an issue with the AI prompt generator that was causing constant errors during generation. The underlying prompt logic has been corrected so generations complete reliably without failures. If you're still experiencing issues, please reach out to us at team@siteseeker.ai.

Redesigned Dashboard, New Sales Pipeline, GitHub Auto-Deploy & Updated Pricing
Some of these changes were rolled out over previous weeks
Overview
Redesign
Redesigned Dashboard Experience
The main dashboard has been completely refreshed with a cleaner layout that gives you a clear view of your usage limits, recent activity, and quick access to your pipeline. The new design adapts to reflect your current sales pipeline stage at a glance, so you always know where things stand.
Removed
Market Insight Removed
We've retired the Market Insight feature after evaluating its usefulness. The data it surfaced wasn't actionable enough to justify the space it occupied on your dashboard. Removing it keeps the interface focused on the tools that actually drive results.
Lead Finder
Redesign
Refreshed Search Results Layout
The Lead Finder results page has been redesigned with a cleaner, more scannable layout. Lead cards now surface the most important details upfront — business name, phone number, rating, and website status — so you can evaluate prospects faster without expanding each result.
Improvement
More Results Per Search & Location Hours
The underlying search engine has been upgraded to return significantly more results per search. On top of that, we now capture and display business operating hours for each lead, giving you better context on when to reach out.
New Feature
Neighborhood-Level Autocomplete
Location autocomplete now supports neighborhoods in addition to cities, states, and zip codes. Search for leads in specific areas like "Williamsburg, Brooklyn" or "SoHo, Manhattan" for more targeted prospecting.
New Feature
Automatic Phone Number Filtering
Search results now automatically filter out businesses that don't have a phone number listed, so you're only seeing leads you can actually contact. If you'd prefer to see all results regardless, there's an optional toggle to disable this filter.
New Feature
Save All Leads at Once
No more clicking through results one by one. The new "Save All" button lets you save every lead from a search directly into your sales pipeline with a single click, so you can move straight to outreach without the busywork.
New Feature
Custom Export Settings
You can now choose exactly which fields to include when exporting your leads. Select from business name, phone, email, website, address, rating, and more — so your exports match whatever CRM or spreadsheet format you're working with.
Mobile
Improved Mobile Experience
The Lead Finder has been optimized for mobile users with improved touch targets, better card layouts on smaller screens, and a more responsive search interface. Finding and saving leads on the go is now a much smoother experience.
Saved Leads
New Feature
6-Stage Sales Pipeline
Saved leads have been transformed into a fully visual sales pipeline with six stages: New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Negotiation, and Closed. Drag and drop leads between stages to track your entire sales process from first touch to closed deal.
New Feature
Dedicated Lead Detail Page
Clicking on any lead now opens a dedicated detail page where you can add private notes, log call outcomes, and track your full activity history with that business. Everything you need to know about a lead is in one place.
Projects
New Feature
Standalone Project Creation
Projects are no longer tied to a specific lead. You can now create standalone projects from scratch and link or disconnect leads at any time — giving you full freedom to close leads you find outside of SiteSeeker.
Mobile
Mobile-Friendly Project Management
The project management interface has been reworked for mobile devices. Creating, editing, and managing your projects from your phone or tablet is now fully supported with a responsive layout designed for smaller screens.
New Feature
Inline Project Name Editing
With standalone projects, renaming is now as simple as clicking on the project name while inside the project editor. No more digging through settings menus — just click, type, and you're done.
Hosting
Integration
GitHub Integration & Auto-Deploy
You can now link your GitHub account to SiteSeeker for seamless deployment workflows. Once connected, any changes pushed to your linked GitHub repository are automatically deployed to your hosted site — no need to upload a new ZIP file each time. This means tools like Lovable that push to GitHub will have their changes go live on SiteSeeker automatically. Auto-deploy can be toggled off at any time, and manual deploys are still available from the Deployments tab in the site editor.

Updated Pricing Plans
We've adjusted our pricing to better reflect the value we deliver while keeping things sustainable. Professional now starts at $29/month (previously $20) and Max at $59/month (previously $50). To make up for it, we've massively increased hosting limits — Professional now includes up to 50 hosted websites (up from 1), and Max includes up to 100 (up from 10). We've also introduced a new Agency tier for teams and power users who need even more capacity. If you were subscribed before this change, your current pricing is locked in for your current and next billing cycle.
