SiteDrop AI (sitedrop.ai) bundles the whole side hustle into one app: find local businesses without a website, build one with AI, host it, buy the domain and invoice the client. Its plans run from $25 to $100 a month. If you like the idea but want more leads, better ways to pick which ones to call, or a checkout that collects the sale and the monthly maintenance for you, these are the alternatives worth a look.
Disclosure: the SiteSeeker team wrote this roundup, SiteSeeker is our product, and it is our pick. We say where the others win too. Every competitor fact comes from that vendor's own website, checked on September 27, 2026 and linked. We have not built the same site in every tool, so we describe what each vendor publishes rather than judging design quality. If something is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
Quick verdict
For people who sell websites to local businesses, SiteSeeker is the pick: 200 lead searches a month against 5 on SiteDrop's entry plan, only businesses with no website listed, a 0 to 100 score on every lead, and a Stripe checkout that collects the sale and monthly maintenance. SiteDrop AI is the cheapest all-in-one start. Thyonix wins if you want outreach sent for you.

All four tools in the table find local businesses and build them a site with AI. LeadRadar, covered below, also finds them and advertises a mockup generator we have not tested. They split on how many leads you get, how you get paid, and whether the finished site stays hosted with them.

- 1.A SiteSeeker search credit covers one niche in one location in a quick search. How many leads it returns depends on how many listings in that area have no website.
- 2.SiteSeeker tracks views and clicks only on sites deployed from a ZIP upload or GitHub repo. AI-built sites get a purchase link with your price instead.

The table is not a clean sweep, and it should not be. SiteDrop AI wins on price and on contact data, and it takes no cut of what the client pays. Thyonix sends outreach for you and tracks every preview visit. bizvoid audits businesses and hands you the HTML. Where SiteSeeker pulls ahead is the part of the job that decides everything else: how many owners you can find, how quickly you can tell which ones to call, and whether the money arrives without chasing an invoice.
Why sellers pick SiteSeeker over SiteDrop
The whole business starts with finding the right owner to call, so that is where SiteSeeker puts its weight.
Only businesses with no website
The lead finder searches Google Maps listings and keeps only businesses with no website listed, so every result is someone you can pitch.
Several niches and cities in one search
Search up to 5 categories and up to 5 locations at once, 20 combinations at most, deduplicated, with each niche and location pair using a credit. Pro includes 200 search credits a month and Max 500, with no cap on results per search.
Scored leads with fresh reviews
Every lead gets a 0 to 100 score from its rating, reviews, rank and how recently it was reviewed, so dormant businesses sink to the bottom.
A site built from the listing
The AI builder drafts the site from the lead's name, address, hours and real Google reviews. Edit it in chat and roll back any version.
Clients pay through checkout
Send a purchase link with your price. The client pays by Stripe checkout into your payout account, and monthly maintenance bills automatically.
Hosting, domains and a CRM
Host 50 sites on Pro, buy or connect domains with automatic SSL, track deals in an 8-stage pipeline and generate AI cold-call scripts.
SiteDrop covers the same loop, but its Lead Finder gives you 5 searches a month on Starter, 25 on Pro and 100 on Business, each capped at 50 results. SiteSeeker's entry plan has 200 search credits, and the score and review recency check tell you which of those results to call first. Our guide to finding businesses without websites explains why recent reviews are one of the best signs a lead is worth the call.
The other big difference is getting paid. SiteDrop sends PDF invoices and, in its own words, "we don't touch the money." SiteSeeker runs the payment: the client pays through checkout, and a maintenance subscription can start the next month. That costs a 2% platform fee on one-time sales and 1% on maintenance, and you can pass the 2% on to the buyer. See how selling works.

SiteDrop is $4 cheaper to start, and its annual plans are cheaper too ($199 a year for Starter against $290 for SiteSeeker Pro). SiteSeeker's Pro plan costs less than SiteDrop's Pro and has 200 lead searches against its 25. A SiteSeeker build uses up to 15 AI credits (30 with AI images), extra credits are $0.10 each a month, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The others, from their own sites: Thyonix is £9, £29 and £79 a month. bizvoid is $15, $39 and $139.99 a month billed yearly, with Agency at $179.99 billed monthly. LeadRadar is $17, $79 and $199 a month.
SiteSeeker, our pick
SiteSeeker began as a lead finder and added the builder in August 2026, so the prospecting side is the deeper one. You save a lead, build from it, publish to SiteSeeker hosting with a custom domain, and track the deal in the CRM.
A typical week looks like this. Run one search across your five best trades in four nearby towns (20 credits in a quick search), sort by score, and save the leads that were reviewed recently. Generate a cold-call script for each, which covers the opener, objections, voicemail and an SMS follow-up. Build a site for the owners who sound interested, then send the purchase link with your price. When they pay, the site moves to their account, and the maintenance fee starts the next month. If you already host client sites somewhere else, you can move those in too.
SiteSeeker
Pros
- 200 search credits a month on Pro, 500 on Max, with no cap on results per search.
- Only businesses with no website listed, each scored 0 to 100 with a review recency check.
- Stripe checkout with payouts to you, plus automatic monthly maintenance billing.
- Hosts the sites it builds and sites built elsewhere (ZIP, GitHub, Next.js, Lovable and more).
- Buy domains in the app or connect your own, with automatic SSL.
Cons
- A platform fee on client payments: 2% one-time, 1% maintenance.
- Phone numbers only. No email or social enrichment.
- It does not send outreach. Pitch templates and call scripts are yours to send.
- Builder sites are single-page, and the builder is newer than the lead finder.
- Preview view tracking only on ZIP and GitHub deploys. White-label is Agency only.
SiteDrop AI, the baseline
As of September 2026, SiteDrop AI's pricing page lists Starter at $25, Pro at $50 and Business at $100 a month, with credit top-ups and 6-month or annual billing. Every plan includes AI website generation and invoicing. Its homepage adds built-in hosting, in-app domain purchase, preview links with live updates, chat edits, and a Lead Finder that flags businesses without a website and enriches them with phone, email and social signals. One naming note: sitedrop.live is an unrelated UK product.
SiteDrop AI
Pros
- Lowest all-in-one entry price, $25 a month, and cheaper annual plans.
- No fee on client payments, because clients pay you directly.
- Contact enrichment with phone, email and social signals.
- Hosting, domain purchase and chat editing built in.
Cons
- 5 lead searches a month on Starter and 25 on Pro, at 50 results each.
- No lead score or review recency check shown.
- PDF invoices only, with no checkout or recurring maintenance billing shown.
- We found no call scripts, outreach templates or white-label on its public pages.
Thyonix: best for outreach sent for you
Thyonix searches Google Places by city and industry, scores the leads and builds AI demo sites. Its real strength is outreach: it sends email through Gmail, Outlook or SMTP and WhatsApp through the Cloud API or Twilio, tracks opens and visits, and has a CRM with visual pipelines. Prospector (£9) gives 400 leads and 3 demo sites a month, Freelance (£29) unlimited lead search and 25 demo sites, and Agency (£79) adds 10 team members and white-label. It also advertises a free-forever plan.
Check first: it frames sites as demos and previews, and we did not find long-term hosting of the final site or client checkout on its public pages.
bizvoid: best for audits and HTML export
bizvoid scans Google Places by city or zip code with a no-website filter, audits each business's online presence, and writes AI pitch emails from the audit. It builds sites you export as HTML, and it has a CRM. Plans are listed in pricing above, with a free tier of 2 credits a month and a 3-day trial on Starter.
Check first: we found no hosting, custom domains or client billing, so plan on delivering the site somewhere else.
LeadRadar: best for audit-led pitches
LeadRadar searches any niche and location on Google Maps, flags businesses missing a website, and has a Website Creator to "Generate a mockup website." It adds suggested talking points and an SEO audit PDF. Plans are $17, $79 and $199 a month, with a 7-day trial. Make sure you are on leadradar.me, because leadradar.org is an unrelated pay-per-lead product.
Check first: we found no hosting, domains or client billing.
Other tools people compare with SiteDrop
- Lovable is a general AI builder for apps and websites. It is far more flexible for custom features but has no lead finding or client billing. See SiteSeeker vs Lovable.
- SiteSwan is a long-running white-label reseller platform built on themes, with prospecting on its higher plans. See SiteSwan alternatives.
Who should pick a different tool
- You want the cheapest all-in-one tool and pay by invoice. SiteDrop AI. It costs $4 less a month, and it takes nothing from the sale because the client pays you directly.
- You want the software to send cold email or WhatsApp. Thyonix. SiteSeeker gives you scripts and templates, but you do the sending.
- You need email addresses and social profiles for each lead. SiteDrop AI, which enriches leads with email and social signals. SiteSeeker gives you the phone number from the listing.
- You pitch audits and host sites yourself. bizvoid or LeadRadar.
If your bottleneck is finding enough good leads and getting paid on time, SiteSeeker is built for that. The full head-to-head is in SiteSeeker vs SiteDrop, and selling websites to local businesses covers the process around the software. No tool guarantees the owner will buy.

Before you cancel any hosted builder, ask what happens to live client sites when the subscription ends, and move them first.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the best alternative to SiteDrop AI?
- For people who sell websites to local businesses, we recommend SiteSeeker (our product). It gives you 200 lead searches a month on the $29 Pro plan against SiteDrop's 5 on its $25 Starter plan, returns only businesses with no website listed, scores each lead from 0 to 100, and lets the client pay through a Stripe checkout with optional monthly maintenance. Thyonix is the better pick if you want the tool to send outreach for you.
- What is the cheapest alternative to SiteDrop AI?
- Thyonix starts at 9 pounds a month and advertises a free-forever plan. bizvoid has a free tier with 2 credits a month and paid plans from $15 a month billed yearly. LeadRadar starts at $17 a month with a 7-day trial. SiteDrop AI starts at $25 and SiteSeeker at $29. The cheapest tiers limit how many leads or sites you get, so compare what each plan includes.
- Which SiteDrop alternative hosts the finished website?
- SiteSeeker hosts the finished client site, 50 sites on Pro and 100 on Max, with custom domains and automatic SSL, and it can also host sites built elsewhere from a ZIP, a GitHub repository or a server-rendered project. bizvoid exports HTML so you host it yourself. We did not find long-term hosting of the final site on Thyonix's or LeadRadar's public pages as of September 2026.
- Do any SiteDrop alternatives send cold emails for me?
- Thyonix does. It sends email and WhatsApp messages through your own accounts and tracks opens and visits. bizvoid writes AI pitch emails. SiteSeeker writes AI cold-call scripts, with voicemail and SMS follow-up, and gives you email and SMS pitch templates, but you send them yourself.
- Is SiteDrop AI a scam?
- We have no evidence that it is. SiteDrop AI is operated by Viral Studios, LLC in Austin, Texas according to its terms, and it takes payment through Stripe. It is a young company, with its domain registered in November 2025, which is why some automated trust scanners give it low scores.
