SiteSeeker and 5 More SiteSwan Alternatives for Web Designers

SiteSwan alternatives for people who sell websites to local businesses, led by SiteSeeker, with checked pricing, a feature table and who each tool suits.

SiteSwan is the established name in white-label website reselling: a branded platform, hundreds of themes, client billing and training, all under your name. People look for alternatives because its prices are not public, its prospecting tool is only on the higher plans, and sites are built from themes rather than drafted by AI. If what you actually need is a steady supply of local businesses that don't have a website yet, that is where SiteSeeker is built to be stronger.

Disclosure: SiteSeeker is our product and our pick on this page. We explain why, and we say plainly where SiteSwan or another tool is the better fit. Every competitor fact comes from the vendor's own pages or the review sites linked, checked on September 27, 2026. We have not run every tool on a paid account, so we describe what each vendor publishes rather than rating its output. If anything has changed, tell us and we will fix it.

Quick verdict

SiteSwan is a proven white-label reseller kit with themes, training and a flat monthly fee. SiteSeeker is the pick if you sell websites to local businesses and need the clients first: it finds businesses with no website, scores them, drafts the site with AI and takes the client's payment, from $29 a month.

SiteSeeker vs SiteSwan, feature by feature

The two tools are built around different starting points. SiteSwan starts from the reseller business: your brand, your themes, your billing dashboard. SiteSeeker starts from the lead: who in this town has no website, which of them are worth a call, and how fast you can put a draft in front of them.

  1. 1.SiteSeeker only returns businesses with no website listed. SiteSwan's prospecting tool also checks existing sites for mobile-friendliness.
  2. 2.Per SiteSwan's instant site creation page.
  3. 3.The only AI we found in SiteSwan's release notes is an "AI Regenerate Text" option in its editor.
  4. 4.You can pass SiteSeeker's 2% one-time fee on to the buyer as a line item.
  5. 5.SiteSeeker's conversion bar and view tracking run only on sites deployed from a ZIP upload or a GitHub repo. AI-built sites get a purchase link with your price, without tracking.
  6. 6.SiteSeeker's white-label hides the "Hosted on SiteSeeker" credit. There is no branded dashboard. SiteSwan includes a branded marketing website for your agency.

SiteSwan wins four rows outright: full white-label, a large theme library, flagging sites that are not mobile-friendly, and no cut of your client payments. SiteSeeker wins on everything that happens before the sale, which is where most people selling websites get stuck.

Why sellers pick SiteSeeker over SiteSwan

  • Lead search on every plan

Searches Google Maps listings by category and city and keeps only businesses with no website listed. Pro includes 200 search credits a month and Max 500.

  • Several niches and cities in one search

Combine up to 5 categories and 5 locations in a single search, up to 20 combinations, with duplicate businesses removed. Each combination uses a credit.

  • Every lead scored 0 to 100

The score weighs rating, review count, whether the listing is claimed and how recently the business got a review, so dormant businesses sink.

  • AI drafts the site from the lead

The AI builder uses the listing's name, address, hours and real Google reviews. You refine it by chat, with version history to roll back.

  • Clients pay through checkout

Send a purchase link with your price. The client pays by Stripe checkout, you are paid out through Stripe, and monthly maintenance bills as a subscription.

  • CRM and call scripts included

Move leads through an 8-stage pipeline with notes, and generate an AI cold-call script with openers, objections, voicemail and a text follow-up.

The difference that matters most is when you get the leads. On SiteSwan the Local Prospecting Tool is reserved for the Agency and Pro plans. On SiteSeeker it is the core of every plan, and a single search can cover a whole region: four trades across five nearby towns, filtered down to businesses with no website on their listing. The lead score and the review-recency check then tell you which of those are worth calling first. A business with a review last week is open and has customers. One whose last review was three years ago may not be.

Lead data is honest about its limits. Each lead comes with the phone number, rating, reviews and address from its Google Maps listing. SiteSeeker does not look up owner emails or social profiles, and a listing that links to a Facebook page counts as having a website, so it will not appear.

SiteSeeker is $29 a month for Pro and $59 for Max, with an Agency plan priced on request. Quarterly and annual billing cost less per month. A site build uses up to 15 AI credits (30 with AI images), and extra AI credits are $0.10 each per month. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. When a client pays through checkout, SiteSeeker takes 2% of a one-time sale, which you can pass on to the buyer, and 1% of monthly maintenance.

SiteSwan does not publish its plan prices. Its pricing page confirms a few details: the Pro plan includes up to 100 sites, extra sites cost $5 a month each, paying annually gets you "two months free", and reputation-management daily reporting is $14.99 a month per location. It also says you "keep 100% of the sale" and pay a flat licensing fee. One Trustpilot review from September 2026 describes paying around 500 a month after crossing a 20-site threshold, which does not match Capterra's figures, so get a quote for your own site count.

If you are starting out with no clients, the gap is large: $29 a month with lead search included, against a reported $199 a month for the cheapest SiteSwan plan that includes prospecting. Once you are running dozens of paying sites, SiteSwan's flat fee and zero platform cut get more competitive.

Pros and cons of each

SiteSwan has a lot going for it. As of September 2026 it holds 4.6 out of 5 from 31 reviews on Trustpilot, 4.8 out of 5 from 48 reviews on Capterra, and an A+ rating from the BBB. It is run by J B Multimedia, Inc. in Syosset, New York, and has been selling to resellers since 2015.

SiteSwan

Pros

  • Full white-label: clients only see your brand, and you get a branded marketing website for your agency.
  • Hundreds of industry themes, with the business's details filled in automatically.
  • Stripe client billing with a setup fee and a recurring charge, and no cut of the sale.
  • A training program plus ready-made sales flyers and brochures.
  • More than ten years in business, BBB A+ and strong review scores.

Cons

  • Prices are not published. You book a demo or call.
  • The Local Prospecting Tool is only on the Agency and Pro plans.
  • Sites are built from themes. The only AI we found is a text-regenerate option in the editor.
  • Sites cannot be hosted elsewhere, and SiteSwan says they all go offline if you cancel.

SiteSeeker

Pros

  • Lead search on every plan, returning only businesses with no website listed.
  • A 0 to 100 lead score with a review-recency check, so you call the live businesses first.
  • AI drafts each site from the lead, with chat edits, version history, and ZIP or GitHub export.
  • Stripe checkout with payouts and monthly maintenance billing.
  • Public pricing from $29 a month and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Cons

  • White-label only on the custom-priced Agency plan, and it hides the hosting credit rather than rebranding the dashboard.
  • The AI builder makes single-page sites.
  • A 2% fee on one-time sales and 1% on maintenance when clients pay through checkout.
  • Leads come with a phone number from the listing, not an owner email or social profiles.
  • The builder launched in August 2026, so it is much newer than SiteSwan's platform.

Lindo.ai

Lindo.ai is an AI builder with agency and reseller tiers: Starter $29 a month (2 sites), Studio $147 (10), White Label $297 or $197 billed yearly (20), and Reseller at $2,000 a month billed yearly (200). It advertises client invoicing and a billing portal. Best for agencies with clients already lined up. Its homepage mentions prospecting, but we could not confirm a built-in lead search.

1ClickWebsite.ai

1ClickWebsite.ai builds WordPress sites and says they carry no 1ClickWebsite.ai branding. Plans run $49, $97 and $197 a month for 3, 10 and 25 new sites. Its LeadGen feature turns a CSV you upload into demo links; it does not find businesses for you, and hosting is a separate product. Best for clients who expect WordPress.

Thyonix

Thyonix searches Google Places by city and industry, scores leads, generates website previews and sends email and WhatsApp outreach with tracking, plus a CRM. Plans are £9, £29 and £79 a month, with white-label and 10 seats on Agency. Best for teams that want outreach sent from the tool. We could not confirm long-term hosting or client payments.

bizvoid

bizvoid scans Google Maps by city or ZIP code, can filter to businesses with no website, writes AI pitch emails and builds sites you export as HTML. Billed yearly, plans are $15, $39 and $139.99 a month; its FAQ puts Agency at $179.99 billed monthly. Best for HTML export. We found no hosting, custom domains or client billing.

SiteDrop AI

SiteDrop AI finds businesses without websites, builds and hosts sites, sells domains and sends PDF invoices, from $25 a month with 5 lead searches. We compare it in detail in SiteSeeker vs SiteDrop and SiteDrop alternatives.

When SiteSwan is still the better choice

Pick SiteSwan instead if:

  • Full white-label matters on day one. Your clients never see SiteSwan, and you get a marketing site for your own agency.
  • You want to keep the whole sale. No platform fee on client payments, just the licensing fee.
  • You prefer themes to AI. Hundreds of industry designs you can fill in and adjust by hand.
  • You want training and a sales team. SiteSwan offers a demo, a training program and printed sales materials.

If that describes you and the quoted price works for your numbers, SiteSwan may simply be the right tool.

How to switch from SiteSwan to SiteSeeker

SiteSwan says sites cannot be hosted on another platform, so plan to rebuild rather than export. Keep your SiteSwan account running until every site is live somewhere else.

  1. 1

List every live site and domain

Note each client's domain, where it is registered and what they pay you each month.

  2. 2

    Rebuild each site in SiteSeeker

Describe the business in the AI builder (name, services, area, hours) and refine the draft by chat. If you have a site's files, upload them as a ZIP instead.

  3. 3

    Publish and connect the domain

Publish to SiteSeeker hosting, check the site on its temporary address, then point the client's domain at it. SSL is set up automatically.

  4. 4

    Sort out billing

Stop each recurring charge in SiteSwan's billing dashboard and decide how you will bill that client next. New sales can go through a purchase link with monthly maintenance.

  5. 5

    Cancel SiteSwan last

Only cancel once every domain points to the new host, because SiteSwan says all sites go offline when you cancel.

For more on moving and hosting client sites, see how to host client websites.

How to choose

Start with your bottleneck.

  • No leads yet: pick a tool that finds them. SiteSeeker includes lead search on every plan; Thyonix, bizvoid and SiteDrop AI also search. Our guide to finding businesses without websites works with any of them.
  • Leads but slow production: SiteSeeker, Lindo.ai and 1ClickWebsite.ai draft sites with AI, and SiteSwan's themes also speed things up.
  • Clients but messy billing: SiteSeeker runs checkout and recurring maintenance, SiteSwan has a client billing dashboard, and SiteDrop AI sends invoices.
  • Your own brand everywhere: SiteSwan, Lindo.ai's White Label plan, 1ClickWebsite.ai or Thyonix Agency.

Whichever tool you pick, finding a lead and building a site gets you a conversation, not a sale. You still need to price the work sensibly (see how much to charge for a website) and have a repeatable way to sell websites to local businesses. If AI drafts your sites, our guide to selling AI websites to local businesses covers what to tell the client.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SiteSwan cost?
SiteSwan does not publish its plan prices. Its pricing page asks you to book a demo or call. Capterra lists Starter at $149, Agency at $199 and Pro at $300 per month as of September 2026. SiteSwan's own pricing page says the Pro plan includes up to 100 sites and extra sites cost $5 a month each. A Trustpilot reviewer in September 2026 described paying more after crossing a site threshold, so get a quote for your own site count.
Is SiteSwan legit?
Yes, by every public signal we found. It has operated since 2015, holds a BBB A+ rating with BBB accreditation, and averaged 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot and 4.8 out of 5 on Capterra when we checked in September 2026.
Does SiteSwan have a free trial?
No. SiteSwan's pricing page says it does not offer free trials and offers a demo instead, as of September 27, 2026.
What is the best SiteSwan alternative for finding clients?
SiteSeeker, if finding clients is your bottleneck. Lead search is on every plan: it searches Google Maps listings, keeps only businesses with no website listed, scores each one from 0 to 100 and checks how recently it got a review. Pro includes 200 search credits a month for $29 and Max includes 500 for $59. SiteSwan's Local Prospecting Tool is only on its Agency and Pro plans.
What is the cheapest white-label alternative to SiteSwan?
Among the tools here, 1ClickWebsite.ai says its sites carry no 1ClickWebsite.ai branding from its $49 Starter plan, Thyonix includes white-label websites on its 79 pound Agency plan, and Lindo.ai's White Label plan is $197 a month billed yearly. SiteSeeker hides its hosting credit only on its custom-priced Agency plan, so it is not the pick if full white-label is what you need.
