Connect SiteSeeker to Goose

Add SiteSeeker to Goose as an extension and find leads from a session. Goose Desktop can show results as a table.

By Agentic AI FoundationDesktop app and CLIResults as an interactive table

Before you start

  • Goose Desktop or the Goose CLI. The results table needs Goose Desktop 1.19.1 or later.
  • A SiteSeeker agency plan. Searches spend its search credits, and hosting-only accounts cannot search.

Connect SiteSeeker

Goose opens with SiteSeeker ready to add. Add it, then sign in to SiteSeeker in the browser window it opens.

Or add it by hand

Server URL
https://siteseeker.ai/mcp
  1. In Goose Desktop, open Extensions in the sidebar and choose Add custom extension.

  2. Pick Streamable HTTP, name it SiteSeeker, paste the server URL and press Add.

  3. In the Goose CLI instead, run goose configure, choose Add Extension, then Remote Extension (Streamable HTTP).

  4. Sign in to SiteSeeker in the browser window Goose opens.

Note. The results table is experimental in Goose Desktop 1.19.1 and later. The CLI shows text.

Check it works

Start a new session and ask:

Your first search

Find roofers in Austin, TX with no website.

SiteSeeker answers with a table of scored leads, each with its rating, phone number and a Save button. The search uses 1 search credit.

Troubleshooting

  • Add to Goose did nothing

The link needs Goose Desktop on this computer. Add a custom extension from Extensions instead.

  • The sign-in window never opened, or it timed out

Turn the SiteSeeker extension off and on again in Extensions. Goose opens the sign-in when it connects.

  • The search says your account cannot use the lead finder

The lead finder is part of the SiteSeeker agency plans. A hosting-only account cannot search from an AI app.

  • The search stops because credits ran out

Every search reports what it cost and what is left. Check your balance and plan in SiteSeeker, then search again. Saving leads costs no credits.

  • You want to disconnect an app

Open Settings, MCP in SiteSeeker and press Disconnect next to the app. Its access ends at once.
